Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf (Eucalyptus) Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Aurantifolia Peel (Lime) Oil Distilled, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Citrus Reticulata Peel (Tangerine) Oil.

How to use

Massage and Diffuse to help relieve tension:
1. Add 10 drops to your diffuser.
2. Add 3 drops to 10ml of carrier oil and massage over body.
3. Try a couple of drops massaged into the temples.
