Delivery Times

Please note, delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Fridays. Delivery and processing times may be longer than normal during peak periods such as sales times, Christmas and Mother's Day. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak times.

We make every effort to dispatch online orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed the following business day.

We currently do not offer Express Shipping.

How do I know if you've received my order?

Once you complete payment of your order, we'll send you an email order confirmation.

This email will confirm your purchased items and delivery information.

If you haven't received an email order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We make every effort to dispatch online orders within 2 business days but there may be a delay if you place your order on a weekend or a public holiday or during times of promotion.

Delivery times may vary depending on where you reside.

Who will deliver my order?

All orders are delivered via Australia Post’s eParcel service.

What happens if I'm not at home to receive my order?

In the event that no one is available at your address to accept delivery, the courier will attempt to find a safe place to leave your order.

If the courier cannot find a safe place, a card will be left and your order held at your local Australia Post Office ready for your collection.

It is a good idea to collect your order as quickly as possible because Australia Post outlets often have time limits for holding deliveries.

What do I do if my order is missing an item or I've received an incorrect item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

In the unlikely event a product was omitted from your order or an incorrect item was delivered, please immediately contact customer care.

We do offer a refund or replacement if you contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered.

Any claim after this period may not be accepted.
